Action Plan
1. Create trackers for all your regular tasks: work, study, morning workout, evening workout, meditation, household chores, interview preparation, and more.
2. Use pre-created categories or create your own. Place your trackers within these categories.
3. Set up a schedule for each task. This process is quick and visual. By default, it includes 25 minutes of work, a 5-minute short break, four cycles, followed by a 15-minute long break. The set repeats three times.
4. Start the tracker and begin your tasks! The tracker will provide sounds – halfway through, nearing the end, countdown, extra time, and more. Everything is customizable, and all sounds can be muted quickly. Turn off the screen and focus on the current activity.
5. Track distractions, unfinished tasks, overworking, and more. During a session, you can monitor your progress.
6. During breaks, launch micro-tasks to switch gears and take a quality rest.
7. Plan each task for the day: work for 4 hours, workout for 20 minutes, etc. Monitor progress and catch up on missed tasks.
8. After a week, review the collected statistics in the analytics section. It’s comprehensive! Analyze your strengths, weaknesses, busy times, and free time. Adjust your approach for the next week.
