自分たちが載せたいどうでもいいコンテンツが大量にあるが、大事なレッスン検索機能が弱すぎる。顧客側の視点に立ってないことがよくわかるアプリ。
複数教室の検索はできない、エデュケーター別ではおそらく検索できない。スタジオごと、レッスン毎に空きを確認するしかない。
必要な機能を中心にUIIXを真剣に考えて欲しい。

選択した一つのスタジオやエデュケーターのレッスンをスケジュール表から予約できるけど、レッスンの種類（ベーシック、フロー、ローラー、セラバンド等）からソートを掛けることができたら便利だと思います。
こころログ、たまに付けるけど、いつも大体同じところにチェックを入れているので、あまり有効性を感じません。どうやって活用するためのものなのでしょうか？

【追記】ウェブのマイページからであればキーワード検索ができるので、アプリでもできるようにしたら良いと思う。

36ヶ月間の受講回数の確認ができなくなった。
会費は値上げするくせに、休館日増やしたり、アプリの使い勝手をコロコロ変えたり、利用者に自分たちの都合を押し付けすぎ。

まず、公式のサイトがかなりわかりづらいです。
サイトに１秒でも留まらせるためのSEO対策なんでしょう。必要な情報を見つけにくいし、一度戻ると全く違うページが表示されるし、大混乱です。

全てがデジタルで入会と共にこのアプリをインストールさせられますが、何故それが必要なのかを説明されません。かなり強引です。

24時間前キャンセルチャージがあるので、そういう類のレッスンを選ぶときは注意しましょう。クレームしてもこちらのミスということで何もしてもらえません。

休館日のオンラインレッスンは人により見やすく聞きやすく配慮されてますが、普段のレギュラーレッスンのオンラインはかなり写りと音質が悪いです。このアプリの開発よりも改善すべき所は多くあるのではないでしょうか。
