Best way to Exchange your Crypto to Fiat!!
I’ve had Crypto stuck in multiple wallets and apps for over 3 years unable to get it out due to the amount of hoops these frauds make you jump through to keep your money. Lost thousands and actually gave up. However this app actually lets you take your money back and convert it to Fiat currency (normal money) rather easily. They do take a commission that some may see as high but when you’ve already lost thousands what’s a couple extra dollars to get your money back…
Can’t login
Whenever I go to retrieve my account, it asks for a face scan. Then says oop something went wrong.
Won’t let me take my money out
I try to sell the crypto or swap wallets etc but it won’t let me, I go to send then select my crypto and then select my amount but then it just doesn’t let me continue to the next page so since I can’t send it to anyone I can’t even sell it to my bank if I could give it zero stars I would👎
Holy smokes expensive and limited
No BNB and $360 a year for 41 coins and tokens. That’s a lot of money to still have to maintain so many other wallets because zengo doesn’t cater for them . Am I missing something?
Worst support
I’ve never experienced worse support in my life. I had an issue with a purchase not arriving after my money was taken. The officer didn’t read half of my messages, wouldn’t respond for 30 minutes at a time, and provided no assistance throughout the 4 HOURS I was on with them. Refused to transfer me to other officers, did not show any desire to help, and I still haven’t got my money back or my order fulfilled. Avoid at all costs.
