Do not download this app. Horrible wallet. Stick to the main name brand wallets. There is a reason people dont use wallets like this

Good app

Excellent transaction process

Proof it can happen anytime, anywhere! Never seen anyone handle a chaotic moment so fast.

Felipe was knowledgeable and great guy. I did in fact almost fall for a “sugar baby” style scam. But after the third week she was talking a lot about having plenty of money, and I’m just getting by so she offer to give me gift card with an “allowance” of $150/wk. Then put thousands in when she can???I’m 40and I don’t think a high school kid can’t get by on that. I’m sure everyone can imagine the rest of the relationship details, but Zeno are extremely professional and always researching and I’m have a great cybersecurity team constantly working on these issues that quite honestly seem like live in person con jobs, and especially online dating . I’m keeping my app up. No need to delete it, my phone blew up the second it noticed a change and I was able to follow the directions and safeguard my app win about 2 minutes tops. Great job guys! Hope everyone hears the story!!!

New crypto owner but great app

I’m a starting out crypto trader and so far I have really enjoyed this wallet. I’ve used a few now I’ve kept only a couple that I like including cashapp, and was able to make an account transfer and swap my currency without issue. I’ve seen that there is great customer support but no experience (necessary:) yet. I’ve read that they charge a lot but have not seen that to be true as to swap over 1500 dollars they only had me pay 2.50! Thank you for this amazing app in my time of need.

I have help assets on Zengo for about 1 year no issues received and send just fine never a security issue I am using the free version

Sync problems remain

Dropbox and google drive are banned in some countries, it’s difficult to perform Zengo multiple recovery files backup and legacy transfer activation, Microsoft OneDrive or self hosted NAS drives should be considered

Support is poor

Imagine the support is emailing me to say they can’t assist me unless I deposit more in order to take out less. This app is run by Jews in Israel and they are thieves.

Absolute trash. Literally the worst app dev I have ever seen, especially for financial software.

Unprofessional customer support and high fees

This wallet is a joke don’t do business here unless you want to get bad customer service and slow expensive btc transactions *updated 1/6/2024 I was blocked from support by jacobo because he wanted to be a baby after I told him some less then nice things because of his outright refusal to listen to the issue and offer any sort of viable solution or explanation.
