HOE WERKT HET?

Het verwerken van bonnen en facturen 

Met de Zenvoices app stuur je snel en eenvoudig bonnetjes en facturen naar jouw boekhouding. Met de camerafunctie van jouw smartphone of tablet maak je een foto van een document, waarna je de foto kunt bijsnijden en voorzien van een omschrijving. Na bevestiging wordt de foto naar jouw boekhouding verzonden. 

Het digitaal goedkeuren van bonnen en facturen 

Met de app kun je bonnen en facturen digitaal goedkeuren. Facturen die ter beoordeling voor je klaar staan kun je in de app bekijken en autoriseren. Hierbij kun je opmerkingen toevoegen en eventuele bijlagen raadplegen.

Ook beschikt Zenvoices over een universele UBL koppeling voor het verwerken van bonnen en facturen in alle UBL Ready boekhoudpakketten.
