I have used this app before and loves how easy it was to transfer money to a different currency but now I am just frustrated. When transferring money from CAD to Sterling Pounds through the app I have made sure that I am always selecting Pounds as that is the currency I am picking. But when I go back in a little bit to make sure it has gone through it always shows up in USD. I have had witnesses that can confirm that I have been picking the right one, when contacting the customer service to try and see if they could help, they blamed me for picking the wrong currency. Came off the phone frustrated and disappointed.

If your issue crops up outside of their business hours, which are bankers hours. You’re S.O.L. 
You can’t contact them via phone. Only live chat and email
Terrible service. I’ll be getting rid of their card the first chance I get.
