ZEP Clock App – Die mobile Lösung zur Arbeitszeiterfassung
Die ZEP Clock App bietet Ihnen eine unkomplizierte Möglichkeit, Arbeitszeiten mobil und rechtskonform zu erfassen. Einfaches Ein- und Ausstempeln genügt, um die Arbeitszeiten von Ihnen und Ihrem Team zu dokumentieren.


MOBILE STEMPELUHR
Mit der ZEP Clock App nutzen Sie eine flexible Stempeluhr, die überall funktioniert, auch offline. Sie können beliebig viele Mitarbeitende hinzufügen, die ihre Arbeitszeiten direkt über die App stempeln. Jede Stempelung wird erfasst und in das ZEP Clock System übertragen, wo die Zeiten verwaltet und ausgewertet werden.


SINGLE USER MODUS
Im Single User Modus erfassen Mitarbeitende ihre Arbeitszeiten entweder per Stempelung oder manuell. Ein übersichtliches Dashboard zeigt Überstunden, Urlaubsstände. Die App ermöglicht es außerdem, Abwesenheiten direkt und per Knopfdruck zu beantragen.


MULTI USER MODUS
Verbinden Sie mehrere ZEP Clock Apps mit einem einzigen Account und verwalten Sie flexibel die Arbeitszeiten Ihres Teams. Sie können einzelnen Geräten unterschiedliche Mitarbeitende zuweisen und PIN-Codes für mehr Sicherheit festlegen. Ideal für Führungskräfte oder zur zentralen Zeiterfassung am Arbeitsplatz.

Danke für das Update! Die neue Benutzeroberfläche & das neue Dashboard sehen gut aus. Ich nutze die Zep Clock App schon länger zum Ein- und Ausstempeln. Die Möglichkeit, nur mich selbst auf der App zu sehen und dann auch Fehlzeiten direkt in der App zu erfassen, ist praktisch und spart mir viel Zeit. Das Dashboard ist auch eine nette und nützliche Erweiterung. Die App läuft wie immer reibungslos. Wirklich eine gelungene Erweiterung!
