Me gusta porque es muy completa y puedes empezar a usarla con las cosas básicas que te permiten saber cuantas horas llevas de ayuno, que cuando se inicia eso más difícil.

Lleva un excelente récord de todos los días y después la puedes ir haciendo más completa con información adicional de tu dieta, tu peso, tu ejercicio y hasta niveles de glucosa e historia de ritmo cardiaco. MUY COMPLETA.
