Elektrikli Araçtan Soğutan Servis !
Rezervasyon özelliği herhangi bir işe yaramıyor, laf diye koyulmuş. Birisi şarja takarsa buna engel olamıyorlar. Çalışan istasyonlarını bulmak zaten bir meziyet. Tüm otobanların bu markaya peşkeş çekilmiş olması üzücü. Umarım yavancı markalar ülkeye girip ZES in pazar payını 0 a düşürürler. Bunu dedirtecek duruma getirdiler insanı.
Rezillik
Kaç saattir beklediğimiz istasyonda (3 şarj aletinin biri çalışır vaziyette) biri dışardan rezervasyon yapıp sizin sıranızı çalabiliyor. Diğer bekleyen müşterilerde mağdur oluyor sizde mağdur oluyorsunuz. Aracınız şarjdayken çıkartmanızı ve dışardan gelene izin vermenizi istiyorlar. Zorda kalmadıkça zes pişmanlıktır…
REZERVASYON
Siz şarjdayken başka bir araç geliyor ve size diyor ki benim rezervasyonum var saatim geldi ve çıkın :) 7 gün öncesinden rezervasyon mümkün hangi istasyonda o saatte o günde hangi şarj ünitesi müsait bunu kim biliyor? Diğer bir konu şarj bitiyor araç sahipleri ortada yok saatlerce gelen giden yok çünkü yaptırımı zayıf caydırması yok rezervasyona gelmedin 120 TL şarj doldu aracı almaya gelmedin 120 TL insanlar aracı waleye verse daha pahalı arabayı gelip yerinden niye alsınlar bu komik rakamlar devam ederse bu kavgalar devam eder lütfen sahaya çıkın gidin denetleyin insanlar ile konuşun OTURMAYIN!!!

Zes uygulaması çok geç açılıyor ve arabanın tamam ne kadar şarj olduğunu göstermiyor. Uygulamamın güncelliğini kontrol ediyorum ama bu durumun çözülmesi gerekiyor.
Kafasına göre zam yapan firma
Elektirik tarifesinde bir değişiklik olmadan kafasına göre zam yapan bir firma. Artık bir sürü yaygınlaşan firma var. Ben ve çevremdeki bir çok kişi uygulamayı sildik ve kullanmayı bıraktık. Firmayı fiyatlarını düzenlemeye davet ediyorum. Aksi takdirde kullanmayın kullandırmayın.
Zam üstüne zam yapıyor
Elektirik tarifesinde bir değişiklik olmadan kafasına göre yaptığı bu 3. Zam. Artık bir sürü yaygınlaşan firma var. Ben ve çevremdeki bir çok kişi uygulamayı sildik ve kullanmayı bıraktık. Firmayı fiyatlarını düzenlemeye davet ediyorum.
