My family are constantly expecting me to do everything, my brain doesn’t work like it used to, I just feel so overwhelmed and frustrated. This little thing has become my calm in the storm, helping me to focus on myself, look after my own needs, make myself heard. I feel stronger, calmer, and like I don’t need to let everyone else control my life as much anymore. It’s not a miracle but every morning feels a little different than it used to and I feel like I’m making progress every day -- judithbfields, 2025-06-02 ### ***** "I could cry at how much this has changed my perspective" I honestly thought I had reached the point of that nothing like this would work on me. I’ve tried them all, and at 68 there isn’t much new you come across. I was wrong. I feel different. I’ve learned to appreciate things in different ways, and I live every day a little different now. Thank you. -- Alexisme22, 2025-04-20 [View all Zest reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Zest In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Zest Annual Membership | $79.99 | | Zest Weekly | $7.99 | ## Apps Similar to Zest - [Breathe with Breath Player](https://apptail.io/app/breathe-with-breath-player-sKsc/united-states) - [Vagus Nerve Breathing - FlowMD](https://apptail.io/app/vagus-nerve-breathing-flowmd-ekVl/united-states) - [Life7: Sleep & Meditation](https://apptail.io/app/life7-sleep-meditation-WHEm/united-states) - [Brightn: AI Wellness Plans](https://apptail.io/app/brightn-ai-wellness-plans-yXnn/united-states) - [MaArtial: Daily Motivation](https://apptail.io/app/maartial-daily-motivation-RRbo/united-states) - [Anxiety Relief: Calmer](https://apptail.io/app/anxiety-relief-calmer-Uwdv/united-states) - [Daydream - Anxiety Meditations](https://apptail.io/app/daydream-anxiety-meditations-FGlv/united-states) - [Volo: Intelligent Healing](https://apptail.io/app/volo-intelligent-healing-KOAv/united-states) - [Daily Motivation: DailyPeak](https://apptail.io/app/daily-motivation-dailypeak-pEVv/united-states) - [Orygin: Better Sleep for Women](https://apptail.io/app/orygin-better-sleep-for-women-xsIw/united-states) ## Zest Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/philippines) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/canada) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/vietnam) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/zest-energy-joy-eEYu/thailand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
