## Zeus Ordering Reviews in United States

### *---- "Made by pre teens"
Zeus can be summed up with an old saying. “In the land of the blind, the one eyed man reigns king” and it’s a great example of this application. When ordering from Zeus it’s like ordering Amazon mystery boxes, you truly do not know what you will get.
-- Leakyschrader, 2025-09-29

### *---- "No Thanks"
You would have better luck training carrier pigeons to take little notes to supply houses than use this app.
-- Itsthetxvscreen, 2025-09-29

### *---- "Horrible"
Horrendous parts app. Aside from that, I have to update it like once a week.
-- Why???????????)((/)/7, 2025-09-23

### ****- "We live in a world of imperfections"
I have used the app now for a month. It definitely has been a benefit. The only two things I think need improvement is the pictures and descriptions with details. Understandable you may not be able to take a picture of every single item but having a better description of what it is even how it connects or what it’s replacing. This has been my biggest obstacle with no picture and very limited information it makes it a gamble and finding other options easier. Using multiple ordering apps in the past I say it would definitely be just as good with this improvement.
-- GMT Tech, 2025-09-23

### **--- "Facilities services"
Does not show complete descriptions and specifications. Does not show prices.
-- Linc2000, 2025-08-07

### *---- "Not an ideal app"
Very unusable at points minimal pictures not many parts
-- Sjsjdiebrndjfucu, 2025-07-15

### ***** "Great app Walmart"
I love this app easy to use. Just need more pics of parts
-- RHVAC Sem, 2025-06-30

### **--- "Picture of parts"
Not enough pictures of parts
-- Milisha 138, 2025-06-30

### *---- "Update didn’t work"
Still unable to submit orders using punchout. Same problem was not fixed/resolved
-- Aaron 112, 2025-05-22

### *---- "Let us use our preferred supply houses"
Zeus is a waste of time for a tech, half the time I have to call in and sit there on the phone just for the customer service to tell me they need to escalate it to the parts team because Zeus does not have it. At that point your gambling that they even locate it… catch 22 is that I told them I can litersllly see it with parts town…… but oh no they want to save money. So we sit there wasting my time for 30 minutes for them to email another team and the order is still not yet finished.
