The new update is awful. It now takes 3 taps to sync a treatment. The whole app is zoomed in so that you can’t see everything on the screen. The app doesn’t recognize when the date has changed, so plans are completely off.

For days now I have been unable to login or use the app. The first time I had already applied gel all over my face. Complete waste of product and time. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it made no difference. I reached out to Ziip directly but now have to wait a few days until they respond. Very disappointing.

I applied all my gel only to find that the app is screwed up! What a waste of time and $.  The font on the app is so large you can’t use it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Of course you can’t contact them you have to email and wait a couple days. Absolutely ridiculous.

The ZIip App forced and update and the new update has the FONT all messed up. Tried deleting and reinstalling, didn’t help. Went to IPhone 16 settings for text size that didn’t help. Please reprogram the app to go to normal size fonts as you cannnot use the app!!!

I have wasted so much gel on device and app pairing. The new update has made this even worse. I’ve had this device for less than 5 months and it has never worked properly. When it does work I love it, but it’s been a waste of money and time. I will be returning it.

I’m on to my 2nd replacement.  I don’t un understand what the problem is.   These devices are being produced in China.  Complete garbage.  The app syncs only 10% of the time.   I do not reccomend this product.

I keep trying to select a treatment from the app but keep getting a failed to synch with servers message. I checked I have the most updated app version (I do), restarted my phone, made sure my WiFi was working, etc and I still keep getting the same message. Super annoying as I’ve already applied the gel which is super expensive and now it’s gone to waste. Reading the other reviews sounds like this product is riddled with technical issues and the manufacturer has yet to address. There would be a way to initiate low/med/high frequency directly from the device for a freestyle treatment for situations like this when the app is not working. Deeply disappointed.

### *---- "Device fails to sync 50% of the time"
Super frustrating to get all gelled up then the struggle to sync the device with the app. I also hate using the app. I don’t like having my phone in the bathroom since my screen time is already too high. Being forced to use the app starts my day on a frustrating note. Especially when it doesn’t sync.  So frustrate that I can’t use the device without the app!! I can’t believe this cost so much and is unusable without consenting to an app.
