I am using this stupid application nearly one year and from last month I can’t make any payments because one day I saw that I need to link my card but I already linked my card before and I made payments so I texted to the team and I called for support and I tried whatever I can for help. However, the useless supporting team always replies to me like they are working on it kindly wait for 3 to 5 working days. How many times guys I still asking for help and support and you are continuously proving the you guys are such a waste and useless people. Having said that, please don’t use this platform and I am not recommending this application for anyone. I’ve been dealing with zilch for 3 weeks now, it’s like talking to an automated bot who just repeats the same thing over and over again. Really not worth the hassle. Its comes in so handy especially for unexpected bills meaning i can still pay even if i dont have much money. Shocked at a few comments complaining about the “fee’s” i used to have a CC for a few years and ended up closing the account as the interest just got ridiculous. So paying a £3 fee to be able to shop anywhere either online or instore is nothing and depending where you shop the fee may be cheaper or no fee at all. I am getting no satisfactory response as to why I cannot access my account to make payments and the reason they put my account on hold was because I hadn’t made my payments!!! then another excuse is my bank card! it’s the same one I have been using since I opened the account.
