## ZineControl Description
ZineControl is the first professional control app for cinema cameras, designed for cinematographers and directors of photography who need full control from the iPhone on set.
Works with Z-series cameras over Wi-Fi or USB — the first app built specifically for the cinematic workflow of these cameras.

Control the most critical shooting parameters without touching the camera:

ISO — precise real-time adjustment
Shutter speed — direct control from the screen
White balance — change color temperature without interrupting the shot
Codec and resolution — switch recording format on the fly
Live view — live monitoring from your iPhone
Remote recording — start and stop recording from a distance
Focus Touch — pull focus directly on the screen
Media — view and share camera-recorded clips right from your phone.
Tether mode — send your photos instantly to the gallery or to another device.
Look creator — customize your Nikon looks

Designed with a refined aesthetic inspired by the professional camera workflow. ZineControl is the missing tool for Z-series camera operators on set.

Compatible with:
Z-series mirrorless (ZR, Z8, Z9, Z50, Z50II, Z6, Z30, Z6III, Zf, Zfc, Z5, Z5IIC)

## ZineControl Reviews in United States

### ***** "It’s so good."
At this point Nikon might have to hire em.
-- slx-ventra, 2026-09-21

### ***** "Everything working so far even on older camera"
So far this works way better than the Nikon app, maybe the connect to computer method is the trick. This rocks because it connects to my ZR and my Z7ii so I can remote monitor take photos or videos using this app with cameras using 2 different generations of processor while being better than the oem app is cool. Not to mention the other features this is supposed to offer besides live camera controls. I think $15 is reasonable, there can be a little lag at times wirelessly meaning it can stutter but it has usb option that I have not tried
-- Yodaddysworstnightmare, 2026-09-10

### ***** "Great app"
Please add nikon zf support! Thats all i need)))
-- kurashenko, 2026-07-17

### ***** "5 star!"
Absolutely lovely app saved me from Z8’s small screen and horrible Nikon app connection.
I can finally apply lut, but just one suggestion- lut selection window is too big and I can’t really see what it actually looks like unless I close the window.
-- steveplums, 2026-07-11

### *---- "Can’t record while using app!"
I can’t record while using app, I’ve tried everything. I have ZR app too and it works fine. Why won’t it let me record. I’m on a Nikon z6iii. The beta version worked fine but of course as soon as I pay for the app it stops working.
-- Marvon76, 2026-06-21

### ***** "Best Camera App Ever"
Absolutely amazing, gotta be honest it’s better than foolcontrol/redcontrol ever was, and it’s better than all the official camera brands’ apps that I’ve used, including Leica, Hasselblad, Nikon, etc. USB C connects immediately and latency free super reliable so far, beautiful UI too.
