Great variety of exercises! Very motivating
This app is so great. It’s motivational and gives me optional workouts I can add to my routine
The app never gives a different routine, I always have to do my own routine and since there are not many machines that you can find in the gym, I have to complement my routine with another app.
I’ve purchased a trial and cancelled it almost immediately as the app is super uncomfortable to use. 6 month later I’ve been charged 66USD. Even after cancellation they keep your payment details and can charge randomly. The app itself is not worth it. You better not to provide any personal or payment details to them.
More exercises and different variations could be added to the database for a more complete arsenal, but I assume these are added on a regular basis? One function that I’m really missing is a vibration function to when the timer inbetween sets reaches zero, now i always have to check the timer but with a vibration function to the Apple Watch I would know when to hit the weights again. Hope this can be implemented.
Just started the app looks good and is quite complete and easy to use
Love this app and the concept! Personal trainers can be so expensive, so I love this alternative! I love being able to walk into the gym and just start working out and not have to think about it. My 2 tweaks or recommendations would be: a button to see your history of weight and reps for each exercise, secondly i would love a notes section for exercise to help keep track of equipment settings or maybe even to track band color/strength.
45 min workout only includes 2 lifts + 1 or 2 ab exercises. The workout volume is not there. You can ask the “AI coach” about it and they provide lifts/exercises you could add but you have to manually update the workout yourself. The AI coach isn’t very AI, more like a customer service chat bot. I used the app for ~2weeks and had 2 instances where the workout program had me doing the same lift, in back to back workouts. If I’m constantly having to adjust the programming, might as well just create my own workout program. App might be useful for beginners, but not for anyone who is familiar with lifting/exercising
This is a frustrating overly complicated and inflexible app. It doesn’t let you swap out warm up exercises. For example I cannot do planks or any of the 5 it says to do and when I ask the “AI” it tells me to do simpler exercises but tells me “unfortunately we cannot alter your routine” so it’s telling me to do things differently but not allowing me to record it. I don’t need this overpriced app to basically not track my actual workouts. It also doesn’t have all my gym equipment to pick from. I really don’t know what I’m getting for the price of this. Plus, doesn’t AI know grammar - it wrote this - “I'll dynamically adapts your schedule”
I’ve tried countless workout apps—Alpha Progressions, Gymverse, Fitbod, Gravl, Train Fitness Pro, and Peloton—but this one truly stands out! The intuitive interface, structured workouts, and variety of exercises make every session enjoyable and effective. One feature I love is being able to control my workouts directly on my Apple Watch, making the experience seamless and hassle-free. The app’s body scan, fitness test, and flexibility tracking provide valuable insights. Hands down, the best fitness app I’ve ever used!
