This is one of the worst and most frustrating apps I have ever used. The app took my money but did NOT book the ticket. No ticket, no confirmation, and NO REFUND even after waiting for days.  

Customer support is a complete joke—no replies, no resolution, just silence. How can you deduct money and then fail to book the ticket and still not refund it? This feels nothing less than cheating customers. 
 
Absolutely untrustworthy app. Do not use this app unless you want your money stuck forever. I regret installing it.

My sister was traveling with Zingbus, and the entire journey was completely mismanaged. Even the announcer seemed confused and said it was the first time they were hearing about the drop location, which clearly shows poor coordination.
Despite it being freezing cold winter weather, the bus AC was fully on. When my sister requested the heater, the staff responded very rudely and were unhelpful. Passenger comfort and basic courtesy were completely ignored.
To make matters worse, instead of completing the journey properly, they dropped my sister midway and sent her to the final destination by cab. This was highly unprofessional and unsafe.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. Zingbus seriously needs to improve its staff behavior, communication, and passenger safety. I would strongly advise others to avoid traveling with Zingbus.

On average, one bus carries around 50 passengers.
If even one passenger spends ₹500 on food (breakfast/lunch/dinner), that equals:

₹500 × 50 passengers = ₹25,000 per bus

At the time of my visit, 5 buses were already standing, which means:

₹25,000 × 5 buses = ₹1,25,000 earned in a single visit

This clearly shows that a huge amount of money is being generated from passengers.
However, the food quality, quantity, restaurant condition, and pricing are not fair or honest.

The earnings are high, but the service provided is not faithful, transparent, or value for money.
Passengers are being overcharged for very basic food, which feels unethical and misleading.

ZingBus service quality is excellent, but restaurant collaborations need strict monitoring and control to ensure fair pricing and acceptable standards.
