I have not been able to receive my Who subscription that I have paid for for over to four weeks. It seems a problem with Who as everything else is coming through but i have sent a message through to ZINIO and no reply but they keep taking my money for subscription.
To be honest, I really love this app. with previous magazine apps. The issue is you can’t do text to speech because it is locked to PDF, as someone with ADHD text to speech is crucial. It’s like having an audiobook. Zinio has the feature to read in either PDF, or text, which allows me to use text to speech, highlight, or define the word. But I love switching to PDF when I want to read it like a true magazine or see the original paper design of the magazine. I like that they have majority of magazines on there, I read vanity fair, Vogue Australia and Vogue living, - I don’t have to download a new app every time I get a new subscription. When I have none of my issues left to read I love reading the free articles they offer from various magazines. It broadens my culture and literature, It’s nice to see how many writers there are in the world, especially when we thought print magazine was dying.
There is so many apps on my iPad now I am finding trouble in keeping up with each one
I have used the ZINIO app for a few years now and love the HUGE selection of Australian and International magazines available.
I lost most of my purchases due to unknown error, it was dated back to 2012, but Pablo and the team helped me restoring them without delay. Best customer service experience I had, an now I’m able to dig into the old gems ! Thanks !
