So nice to have updated selection of material all the time
Used to work
This app has worked great for years. After updating to iOS 17.5 it no longer works. As soon as I open the app it instantly crashes. I have no way to read my magazines now on my iOS devices.
Crashes
The app decided it wouldn’t work anymore, so support told me to uninstall it and reinstall. Well that made it work again, but now I have to spend time downloading all my magazines again which takes forever. Not a good scenario.
Crashes upon opening on iPhone and iPad
I’ve had this app for years and always enjoyed reading my digital magazines with it. It won’t even open now on iOS 17.5 on iPad or iPhone. I really hope this can be fixed because I’ve spent quite a bit of money on art magazines.
Not for travelers
I thought this would be good to download a few magazines to read while traveling by air. Turns out, when you are not connected to WiFi, you can’t access your magazines - even if they are downloaded and archived. I cancelled this after too many attempts to fix this failed.

Magazine subscriptions purchased outside of the app do not show up
I purchased two digital subscriptions from magazine websites. I was sent a link from each magazine directing me to Zinio to access my digital issues. Neither magazine shows up in my library. All attempts to solve the issue have been either met with solutions that do not work or they have been ignored. Be warned: This app is terrible.
