To a function to allow permanent deletion of a magazine
The team are unwilling and unable to solve my issues on iPad Pro where I could not download any items on my main form of reading magazines. This means also losing YEARS of subscriptions I can no longer download on the main form of reading.
You cannot manage (ie, cancel) your subscriptions using this App. Worse, ZINIO appears uncontactable. I have reached out to them many times about this problem and they do not respond.

Unable to download magazine and charged me double.
How to unsubscribe?
Have been a user for years now. It truly is a situation of diminishing return with your app. The more magazine I purchased, the more frequent your app crash. It's almost near impossible to finish reading anything without the app auto close every 2-3 pages or when I enlarged the text. Seriously, fix this problem already or limit your user from subscribing to too many mags. You are however a mags reading app!
Most pdf magazines have the same issue, the texts are too small to read on the 9.7” iPad screen. Luckily ZINIO has a solution, it can extract the text from the pdf and provide a read mode for users. It’s great. But it would be perfect if you can stay on the current pdf page and have a pop-up layer to display the optimized text, and not leaving the page.Do you know what I mean? Because the actual “text mode” is messing up the layout and pictures, the big and small ones are mixed together. So it would be great to just optimize the texts right on top of the pdf mode. Besides, when I double tap the page, it zooms in too much, it would be better to zoom into just the right size to read the texts. In conclusion, I wish I had a 12.9” iPad. (But it’s too big to carry around too) I don’t understand why the publishers are still making paper magazines and make no effort in digital publishing. The traditional PDFs just don’t look good on the iPads.
