App Fails to Open
App fails to open on iOS 18.5 mobile as of 7/19/25.
Inconsistent access to library using iPad
Completely updated app and os, but magazines never open properly in the app. I have no issues in a browser or on the Android app. This one I have to reinstall every time I get a new issue. Clearing the cache is useless.
Started for school
I started using this to read one of my most coveted magazines that were not really found in stores. Azure Magazine. Well I found other digital magazines in its shelves and decided to download it back in 2011 when I discovered it. Right when iPad was introduced and I was enrolling in school after that. Well it stuck with me for a while then pattered out now I’m back on it catching up on things. Thanks.

Wow I’m impressed
App fails to open.
Most of the time app will not open. Uninstalling and re installing fixes it temporarily until the next time you open the app.
Crashes!
Worthless. Updated 12 May and it crashes before opening
Terrible app
Each time I go into the app to continue reading my magazines they are gone. I need to delete the app, reload it, and restore purchases. My most recent time none of them would reload. Looks like I might be out of my purchases.
App hasn’t worked in months
I can inly access my subscriptions through the website, which isn’t why I chose ZINIO. I liked being able to download the magazines to read on my iPad. Now the app just spins and is useless. Fix your app.
