Cant open the app on my iphone 13 mini and ipad pro m1. Os updated on both devices. What’s the problem?

Why can’t I log in using my FB account and recover my purchased issues which I normally did before?
One-stop magazine resource
Zinio has been my ‘go to’ point for reading magazines and catch-up on this very dynamic world. The magazines are presented like the ‘real thing’ so it feels natural. Colors, photos, and everything else feels well made.
Bring back the option to browse by year
Nice update, however there is no more option to view issues by years. So if i want to read issues July 2016, for example, I have to scroll a long long long way to go to that year

Update on the app: why does the app keep on crashing?? It is so frustrating!!! :( THE BEST APP!! This makes my iphonepurchase soooo much more worth it!! Great magazine and books selection, no need to worry about storage, no more going to newstands waiting for next month's issue!! Subs are delivered on time, all the time!! The upgade made it more lovable!! With faster app and bookmarking feature, what more can i say?? I LOVE ZINIO!!!!! =D
