As an employee, this app has quite frankly been one of the worst parts of my job. I’m not joking, i get logged out of the app almost daily because of “server maintenance”, the UI organization is some of the worst i have ever seen, shifts are sometimes hard to decipher especially with a lot of people on because it just lists everything in one big column, frequent crashes, and a plethora of other issues that amazingly makes me, someone who doesn’t even interact with the app nearly as much as a manager would, annoyed and frustrated enough to write this review.

So, if you are a store owner, manager, whatever… Stay away, this app is terrible and there’s countless others that have all the bells and whistles without the teeth grinding headache this one gives you every time you want to open it.
