Fraud, does not deliver, does not refund the amount
I placed an order in feb, which I paid for but it was not delivered till April ( I have a zivame show room right next to my house) So I tried cancelling but it did not happen so I called the helpline and they kept reading out the same script. The order got cancelled in late May and I kept calling for my refund but it is yet not processed.
Pathetic service - don’t fall for their great advertisements
Whenever i ordered from this site there was always some or the other issues. Once you order they will take it for granted and never deliver on time. Never order from this site if you are planning to go out of station soon after. You have to chase for return/exchange like a dog, still they will not do it saying u cancelled the pick up, u were not reachable or some random reason to waste time in back and forth. Once the time is over they will give you the ultimate reason that the “timeline to return the product is over” hence we cannot do anything. We buy products at MRP not like we got it on great discounts or loot market prices. In the same time you can go the brand stores and buy stuff that we actually want to buy. Anyways zivame company products are sub standard and most selling products are brands other than zivame ones. AVOID ZIVAME site - you will aleays regret.

Very bad app I cannot track my order and no support from customer service as well This was my first experience that too very poor Don’t know when I will recive my parcel
Response from the customer care is worst
The products they sell are just ok. The delivery time taken is so long that after 20 days they are cancelling the order. Dont trust the application and customer service.

Worst experience they do t have good executive for issues n no higher authority for some money related mater they turn your cash into z cash without informing you Don’t buy
Useless
I used the app and they are literally useless and not at all supporting, I ordered two packets and received one other one was missing and when i submit the request via mail then they are not responding properly and asking to wait 72 hrs and it’s been more than a month i was using zivame from last 4,5 years and now this disappointed badly.
Bad experience
I cant order stuff it doesnt let me check out. It shows error and access denied when ever i try to check out or go to my wishlist . Not even access my wishlist
Only want to make money, pathetic customer service.
For my half delivered order, they are updating the status as delivered and stating that we have otp based delivery, what is the use when their own vendor is fooling and shipping half products of total products and zivame is updating the delivery of all products. And on top of that customer service is asking to share pictures of the the product which were never packaged from their end and were never shipped to customer. @ceo look to which customer with years if purchase history you are treating like this. Extremely disappointed.
Scammers
Dont order from this site.. they don't deliver the full product and despite providing them the proof they keep on stalling and misguides us as they don't want to admit there mistake. They will always try to blame you despite there carelessness.This aap is good for nothing and they don't deliver as per the order and expectations. Save yourself from such as scams.
