## Zizo Description
Our wandering minds need frequent reminders to sustain positivity throughout the day. Zizo: Your Resilience Pal, provides you these reminders to help you stay positive and reframe life’s challenges from a more resilient perspective.

Zizo also offers brief practices that you can immediately implement to lower stress and anxiety, and enhance resilience, happiness, wellbeing, and mindfulness.

Developed by Dr. Amit Sood, an internationally recognized expert in stress management and resilience, Zizo’s insights are based on Dr. Sood’s three decades of experience working, researching, and teaching hundreds of thousands of students, patients, and colleagues.

Zizo isn’t an extensive collection of quotes and motivations culled from all over. Each insight here has been carefully curetted to make sure it is practical, relevant, and works where the rubber meets the road. And many insights synthesize a large body of peer-reviewed research.

Each Zizo insight is present with an accompanying image that together communicate a helpful message.

Zizo insights cover a broad range of topics including stress, resilience, mindfulness, happiness, gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning, forgiveness, healthy living, exercise, diet, relationships, sleep, focus, curiosity, aging, success, productivity, self-worth, loneliness, spirituality, and more.

Zizo provides you insights in units of five. At the end of each unit, you are invited to apply one insight in your life through a variety of techniques presented in the App.

You’ll earn coins as you work with Zizo. Coins unlock additional offerings. The two offerings presently available are:

1. Immune Resilience course
2. Resilience Masterclass

## Zizo Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Needs a glitch fixed.."
Cannot choose my gender as the screen doesn’t scroll down. Reset my phone and all. Difficult.

Was able to get in but very difficult due to gender location. I wish you could select the emotion and then share. Also, have a place for you stored feel goods.
-- CBMarie08, 2024-08-30

### ****- "Meditations not working"
Just downloaded. When I attempt to play the meditations, it doesn’t generate any audio on my phone
-- R'LM, 2021-01-06

### ***** "Great app...simple yet effective"
An immersive experience—elegant yet very simple and effective. I like the way the app provides impactful messages with an easy to use, game like interface.

Superb — 5 stars!!
-- Kish8550, 2020-09-02

### ****- "Looks good except $ not clear— NOT free"
Dr Sood is terrific- I did his Resilience program thru Mayo Clinic. Would have given this 5 stars but unable to find how much he is charging for the working programs— when you start out there’re not enough coins to exchange. Nor does it say anywhere what they want to charge, however to continue you have to sign away all your privacy and financial rights. NOT GOOD
Fix the issues, so I know how much I’m expected to pay for what service and I’d love to update my review. A gross oversight or developers idea that people are not paying attention$$$
