The entire app got a makeover and now it's practically unusable. I get a question wrong and it shows me what the answers are, I put those in, and it's wrong. It shows me a different set of answers, also wrong. It pretty much doesn't work at all anymore, not to mention how extremely inconvenient the new layout is. Almost everything used to be on the same page and it was all very easy to find, but now I feel like I have to press button after button just to find one thing. Horrible, wish I could revert it to how it was before the update.

The old version of the app was way better than what it is now. Especially when I found the app it helped me in so many ways like budgeting, calculations, etc. Now it doesnt have those options anymore unless Im tripping and cant find it. Other than that the new version is useless in my eyes... makes me want to delete it.

I tried to redeem my pineapples that I spent HOURS working to build for gift cards and I realized I couldn’t because gift cards were out of stock. It said “gift cards will redeem next month” so I waited for the 1st. Finally, it was the 1st of the month and I went to redeem my pineapples, and they said gift cards were out of stock, AGAIN. I emailed support and they told me I was using the 2024 version of the app, and had to apply for the new version. I asked if my pineapples would transfer (I had 16664) and she said no. I did all of that work for literally nothing and support was no help to resolve my issue. I won’t recommend this app to anyone because it’s a scam.

I wanted to start this off as they do a good enough job teaching finances. However they offer rewards as a way to encourage learning. They only have an unknown number of gift cards and they supposedly refresh every month but as I write this on new years after waiting for it to turn 12 ET I was sorely disappointed once again. This is not the first time this has happened.

I used to use zogo and at first like everyone else i thought it was EXTREMELY sketchy but i earned good money and i was actually learning stuff , until they made an update causing you to PAY a monthly subscription to earn money now which is extremely uncalled for and im very disappointed i loved this app a lot but if you are willing to pay money , give your id information try it out!! but other then that it deserves 2-3 stars max :)

This app used to be the go to app to learn and earn spare money from giftcards. The recent update, however, requires us to BUY our way to redeeming the pineapples to get gift cards. It is 49.99 yearly or 4.99 monthly as of the day I wrote this review. But if you are not fully motivated for the money, feel free to get it. It’s just that I am utterly disappointed because it wasn’t required before and it used to be more worth it to use. If you think about it, if you pay for premium, it makes this like a chore if you don’t want to lose your money’s worth. It used to be fun.

### *---- "My honest opinion on this apps downfall."
Hi I used to love  this app and it is very educational and helps me learn. However, the thing that motivated me to study is now locked behind a paywall. I stopped using it when they added verification before redeeming because it was generally too much work. I miss when you could just do the lessons and redeem them for cards. I’m sure many people like me have also stopped using the app. Especially now because there is a membership required to redeem gift cards.
