Allows me the liberty to access tickets and respond on the go. No lag in app and same set of features as accessible on the web version.

Customers end up receiving a response from a random address that Zoho has auto generated instead of the ones they have written to. This has been happening since so long, no one seems to care enough to fix it

Simple user interface and it is very nice
This is my first time experience with zoho Desk. It’s simplifies everything, a good user friendly, easy to understand and most importantly It has Siri option, I love this completely when I use this on mobile app more than in web. Thanks team for making my job easier.
