I started using zoho inventory since January . There were a lot of challenges the app . The customer service informed me there were multiple issues with my online accounts(which I later found out was not issue)
I invested significant amount of time rectifying these non existent problems while zoho continued charging me fees. I fixed the issues which they told me only to find out it was irrelevant 
It was clear that the zoho staff was inadequately trained . And relied on trial and error method ,4 months later app still remained disfunctional . New glitches keep popping up when I reported these glitches zoho would take 2 weeks to address them ( while I am paying high monthly fees to use this)
However it’s 6 months now since I keep calling them when new glitches keep popping, on 19ty I decided to  contact them to request for cancellation and refund. The agent assured me that someone would call me back and assist me with refund process
It’s been. A week I have not received any call despite my daily attempt to follow up

Using zoho as been incredibly frustrating and disappointing it has not only wasted my time but has proven to be a poor investment of my money . The LACKLUSTER customer service further adds to negative experience l.  I have wasted my time with this I strongly advise others to save their time and money by not buying this

1. When placing sales order one cannot view stocks available for sale, instead shows total stocks including ones we have already committed.

2. No way to hide sales order from different sales rep. 

3. No proper ways to create item bins.

4. DON NOT USE this if you are planning for warehouse management. No bin mapping or stock locating feature.

Overall this software has only poorly thought out features and unwanted features.

Price list option doesn’t work as it pops an error message. 

If you don’t a customer, you cannot add an item as with out a customer, the tax option doesn’t show up and without tax, the item doesn’t add. 

If you save the SO once, and then try and edit or add new items, the tax option doesn’t operate making it invalid to use again. 

So overall, rather carry my laptop around.

This app is very very slow. Once you punch in ID and password, the cursor keeps scrolling and scrolling and scrolling and you cant login. I think Zoho has not worked on this app from Heart. Look at your apps of Books and CRM. They are quite fast.
