This email system is very confusing and hard to navigate. It is not user friendly. Same goes for using it on a PC. Talking to other ODO’s they feel the same way. No instructions, cheat sheet, or Que card available to help navigate it. Don’t have a clue what many of the buttons are for.
Great free mail
I set up Zoho for my business and have been very happy with ease of use and the iPhone Zoho interface. Nice products.

Far Superior to Microsoft and Gmail
After my research, I chose ZoHo Only $12 year?! because of their end to end encryption and low price and human phone call customer service. The ZoHo team is very nice. The product is smooth elegant and pretty to use. There is some technical work in the set up - but they will help you
Server Error 1040 - still ongoing
Guys get this fixed already. Its been years. The search is broken, anytime we refresh we get Server Error 1040. You have the resources and the man power. This needs to be fixed.
Keyboard bad ... no comma
The keyboard is not system standard and has three periods but no comma.

Can’t receive emails
Very poor mail service. I have google business suite and i just purchased Zoho. Ease of use is not there in Zoho. I setup the app and i am not receiving any emails. I can’t find support details to fix the issue. Regretting my purchase.
