You can store, organize, and manage all your files in a single place and access them from any device. Here's what you can do with the WorkDrive mobile app, Upload files faster: Upload photos from your mobile camera or audio recordings and save files from other apps to WorkDrive to manage everything in a single place. You can also scan documents to the cloud using your camera, and to digitalize your bills, whiteboard discussions, and notes. Seamless file sharing: Sharing large files is quick and simple with WorkDrive. Share files via email and assign required permission based on what you want them to do. Locate files quickly: Search and filter files based on location, file types, and time, to locate them faster. Rename, trash, and organize files right from your smartphones. You can also set files as favourite to access them quickly. Preview files and add comments to them to discuss around documents. Categorize your files: Create labels to organize your files right from your mobile. You can tag files and folders to labels and manage existing labels from a single place. Access files anytime: Set files offline to access them even without an internet connection. The following features are exclusively available for WorkDrive's Starter, Team, and Business plans. WorkDrive offers Team Folders—a shared and secure space for teams to work together. You can create Team Folders for a particular project or a department, and add all the relevant members to it. Any file added to the Team Folder will then be automatically available to each team member. Work as a team: Create Team Folders, add members, and assign role-based access to them. You can modify settings, monitor trash, and restore deleted files with a tap. Roles with responsibility: Share files and folders with anyone within your organization. Assign role-based access based on what you want members to do. You can also share WorkDrive files as email attachments. Collaborate with external stakeholders: Create external share links to work with people outside your organization. And you can set a password and an expiry date to the link to ensure secure file access. Always stay updated: Keep track of changes at the Team Folder level using the Unread section, and at the team level using global notifications. Monitor document changes closely: Enable notifications to see when changes are made to a specific file or a folder stored within WorkDrive. You can either choose to see the bell notification within the product, receive an update through email, or enable both. When I share a file with them they can't get signed in using the app even if they create an account. After upgrading from WorkDrive to WorkPlace (which includes WorkDrive), our company lost its custom domain we used for WorkDrice. Zoho is an example of a company which has too many products and no one knows what half of them actually do. Until they figure this out, they need to stop selling businesses products before they can actually tell the business how those products will affect their business. Before it was impossible to upload media from camera and photos, I mean IMPOSSIBLE as in it just never seems to complete. Then suddenly, it just started working. I’m guessing they fixed it. Been happy ever since. Zoho has a particular problem (and I’m their biggest critic). They have great imaginations and great ideas but are very poor on execution, you know the tiny details and nuances that affect functionalities and intuitiveness that make applications easy to use. It is their Achilles heel and prevalent in ALL their applications. So much so that it ends up taking DECADES to improve one application to decent functionality. Yes decades just to be on basic usability. It’s precisely why the upload functionality was defunct before. That this app works so well now, it’s is a vast improvement. Anyone who knows Zoho, knows you will both Love it and hate it. Zoho has so many unique innovations bundled with idiotic and asinine functionality. So workdrive was great until about 3 months about when suddenly, they removed the “move” function, requiring you to copy and paste and delete everything. Even more frustrating, when we contacted support to complain, they INSISTED the move function never existed. Ok. Gotcha. The function my ENTIRE company uses was a figment of our imagination. I guess Zoho is calling their paying customers “liars”. Their customer service needs serious help. Their announcement about WorkDrive happened to hit when I was having a lot of frustration with Dropbox so I subscribed to both services for a while, knowing that no company could dethrone Dropbox overnight. But I think it still needs more improvements to be on par with competitors. 1: iOS version doesn’t seem to be updated to make it available in some of the iOS settings (adding a document as an attachment using iOS mail app doesn’t work) 2: It doesn’t have auto backup feature, similar to OneDrive or Google Drive, especially for photos. It’s extremely cumbersome to have save pics from my device by sharing it to save it in Zoho. Most is reference material. After reading what we need and go back to work within moments, we come back to app and we are back at top level again.
