And it's free forever! Collaborate with your team - Join discussions, even when you're away from your desk. Add your thoughts to documents, reply to friends' comments, or just appreciate them by clicking "like."   Work with multiple formats - Import and edit your existing Microsoft Word documents. Take stories off your world by exporting it as an MS Word, PDF, ODT, HTML, or TXT file.   Get access to the full-blown web version - One of the best advantages of using Writer is that it features a powerful word processor on the web. It's incredibly easy to jot down notes on the move, and continue working on it on the web when you're back to your desk. Create beautiful looking documents - Format your documents. Add images, tables, and more. Work offline - Apart from a "Make available offline" option, 20 of your most recent documents will available offline by default too!   Forget saving documents - Forget clicking save, and manual back up. After the last update three weeks ago it now lags and crashes when I try to open larger documents. Help please! -- Ljade5, 2025-10-15 ### **--- "Not What is Should be" This app allows you do work offline but that is all it does. If you need to the formatting features in the online version, they are not there AT ALL. So unless you want to use it as a very basic notebook, this will not do what you want. Very disappointed with the lack of feature available. I hope they work on this soon to improve it. I need an offline version of this to incorporate this product as part of my companies ecosystem. -- Starbyy, 2025-08-18 ### **--- "Not great" Has not worked for me for close to a month. I try to open the app but it says the update failed and I need to contact support. My app is up to date. -- MaryAspen84, 2025-08-14 ### **--- "Not good" Crashes constantly. Cursor lags, jumps around the document at random, and has no sensitivity to word breaks - tapping a word puts the cursor in the middle of the word and it is very difficult to put it where it needs to go. -- osn6t, 2025-07-17 ### **--- "Certain functions" It’s not easy to navigate through the menus. Having to save a local copy every time that you want to edit the document on the work drive is a nuisance. If it’s a shared document, it should be available for editing and sharing. -- Stopped functioning, 2025-05-09 ### **--- "Lost work" It was doing well. Now I’ve noticed some of my writing has gone missing. At least on file has a big chuck of it missing. There have also been issues where it would undo things that random and tell me there were problems. It didn’t used to be that way. -- danielj70, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "No Apple Pencil support" App crashes every time I use Apple Pencil -- iPad User5555, 2024-04-11 ### *---- "Migration error on new account" I cannot see my documents because of a data migration error prompt. How is this possible on a new account. Obviously I need to get to my Work Drive but that option is not available on Mobile. This effectively renders the app entirely useless. What are you people doing? This should never happen for a company of your size. Simply unacceptable. -- Zu^^!, 2024-03-27 ### ****- "Amazing app, needs some work still." I just got this app and love it! Don't get me wrong but this app has a lot of amazing features that I love but I would like for a option to wrap text around a picture as well as change the size of the said picture. The fonts are also more than I’ve had available in a previous app I used before. Though, I do miss the cover page option as well as actual pages. I hope that this helps make this a better app for everyone. -- Akatsukilover1223, 2023-12-25 ### ****- "Updated Review" The iOS version of Zoho Writer has been updated and finally works, but the only three and highly important features it is missing would make it better are: 1. Dark mode, 2. Document List mode (The current view is ugly and unappealing), and 3. plus button to allow users easily create new documents. Hopefully they update their iOS app with these features soon. -- anystshiv, 2023-11-09 [View all Zoho Writer reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Zoho Writer Discovered Keywords -
