I can't get Zoiper to work in secure mode (TLS SIP), although secure mode works with other softphones such as Linphone and Bria. I've written to Zoiper technical support twice, but never got a reply. As a result, I've cancelled my Zoiper premium subscription and am switching to another softphone.
I started using this paid version with my PBx server for my school last month . So far so good . This month when I tested the audio from this client (paid) all the quality audio and features were disabled and I was being asked to pay a monthly payment. Conclusion i was ripped off. Be more clear on this app description because it seems for me a scam to buy one app that works equal to any other voip clients. The reason a purchase this was because of the audio codec feature for phone calls. But after a month you disable it! Fix this!

Have worked well for years but now getting the above error when dialing out. Using voip.ms and iPhone 12 Pro Max with latest iOS versions. Thanks for your help. Tried to create an account on your support forum but not accepting new accounts.
The app de-register in the background resulting in missing incoming calls. The app preference is to connect to the cell network and will not automatically switch to wifi when the cell signal is very weak and registration fails. Sorry, i will have to give my $ to another app… the initial premium cost will be a lost for me.
Doesn't work on M1. Was just barely able to set up an account, but Zoiper continually stalls, sputters, fails, freezes from there. Nothing I did could prevent this - this experience is nothing like any other Zoiper's I've installed. Sadly this is a flat out fail; have already moved to Telephone Pro and get my Zoiper purchase refunded
Only reason I purchased this app is to allow app to send messages - IM no success with that - I want the full refund and I wont recommend this if it’s not doing what it supposed to do
Always missing call because the Vacation didn’t come through. Doesn’t Stay Connected. Does not work well at all.
Zoiper has always worked when I needed it. I have called from many countries all over the world.
There is no difference only reason I bought it was when I close the app the call will not come through the lite version. But I thought the premium version dose but unfortunately it dose not work. If you can help please help Thank you
