Add voicemail key
Please can you add a voicemail key on the main keypad and a option to put on a voicemail number? Also, why we do have to pay for Apple Push when we have already paid for the app? Seems pointless.

Shocked to have to pay for incoming calls
As a non tech person all I wanted was an app which would show my iOS contacts and let me make and receive VoIP calls. I paid for the Pro software and yes, it looks great and made a call in just minutes of installing. Then came the problem - you NERD TO PAY £8.99 extra a year to receive calls because they’ve blocked push notifications and made that an extra. What in earth is the point of a calling app that doesn’t allow call the be received unless you pay extra - why??? Complete madness!!!
Unreliable and broken
Doesn’t keep the registration active, keypad only works occasionally, which is fun during calls with your bank, and microphone has outages. Literally worst of the worst.
Incoming calls
It seems impertinent to me to offer a premium soft phone app which can only receive incoming calls whilst the app is open in the foreground. To receive calls whilst the app is running in the background, is yet another subscription cost. That should be clearer in the app info up front as I’ve not pad for something which is frankly useless to me.

unreliable ring, stopped registering
Used the app for several months, despite shortcomings. Lately, problems have become worse, so I have stopped using the app. Phone accounts wouldn’t register smoothly once I signed up for premium. Had to switch off push notifications each time before being able to make calls. Then switch back on in the hope the phone would ring. Phone ringing could never be relied on, though.

Would be really good if your iPhone rang when it received a call. Apart from that great app. Works well.
Crashes
Totally useless, kept crashing. Ended up deleting it and using an alternative softphone.
iPhone issues
Whilst this app is good for calling out from for our VoIP work phones. The issue we have is that the iPhones it sits on deregisters all of the time so our phone never actually rings! It’s not a show stopper as thankfully we pick up the messages on all the phones via email. It would be great if the iPhones kept the app at the front.
An update wouldn’t go amiss...
‘Premium Edition’ yet it’s still not compatible with the iPhone X screen; which was launched two years ago. Last app update was also 7 months ago!
