Zolia fixes this by giving you total control over the structure. It lets you organize your tracking however you want into custom sessions to eliminate wasted effort and repetitive tapping. You decide exactly what you want to track and how you want to track it. Core features: Customizable Sessions: Organize your tracking however you like. Create a morning session where you track your sleep and morning meds, a walk session where you track steps and how you felt, or anything else you can think of. Mix and match notes, symptoms, meds, ratings, factors, and more. Customize colors, emojis, and numeric ranges. Batch Log Medications: Use "Accept All Defaults" to log your standard medication protocol in a single tap, rather than tapping through every single item individually. You can also backfill specific date ranges if you need to catch up on past logs. Data Privacy & Free Exports: Your health data is stored entirely locally and never shared with external servers or LLMs. You can export your raw data via CSV or SQLite at any time for free, or set up optional automatic backups to your own private cloud storage. Data Analysis: The app looks for correlations across your history to help you find connections. Our Approach to Pricing: Basic logging, data entry, and data exporting on Zolia will always stay free. Spent about 2 months using as-is with minor tweaks and found that I could be consistent enough with it that I took the plunge to personalize it more. Will this wreck 2 months of data? A bit. But the ability to - customize - have holistic tracking is worth it Being able to track weather, AQI, exercise, diet, symptoms, blood pressure, and mental health in one place…life changing. Everything has its own app and while Zolia does require manual setup and input at this point, just getting over that hurdle has made symptom management so much easier. I look forward to updating this to 5 stars! Pain Points (for me): - initial setup - worth it, and flexible. Do not recommend trying to set everything up at once. Ability to edit per session for future sessions makes pacing easier. - would potentially be easier to set up on larger screen w/ mouse and keyboard - changing time - clicking on the emoji icon to change time is difficult on smaller screens. need to test on iPad. Current Setup: 4 session types - input, output, baseline, outliers. Will be adding “environmental” session type shortly to analyze further factors. iPhone 13 mini -- thtdragonlad, 2026-07-25 ### ***** "Privacy forward and flexible" Early days for this app, and a promising and usable start. No account needed, data stored on device, straightforward analytics (no LLM). The flip side of flexible and open ended is, of course, that you have to figure out what to do. There are enough starting points to be getting on with as I figure out how to make it really work for my specific situation. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this develops in the future since I really like what I’ve seen so far. I do wish you weren’t planning subscription only. I have multiple mental and physical health issues and have been using Zolia for a month or two now. It’s already giving me some insight into how my symptoms correlate and what factors affect them. For instance, I’ve learned that managing my sleep and anxiety/stress levels might help reduce my joint pain flare ups.
