## Zolvit (formerly Vakilsearch) Reviews in India

### *---- "Fastest Plan Misrepresented, Months of Delay, No Govt Submission"
Took the fastest Gazette name change plan on 18 June. Completed all formalities, including signed physical documents, exactly as instructed. It’s been months, and the application is still not submitted to the government office. Support keeps sending the same generic replies with no action or timeline. This has delayed my official paperwork badly. Extremely disappointed. Resolve immediately.
-- kundanSinghRajputksr, 2025-12-24

### **--- "Poor service"
Once they will receive the payment, they will forget you. They will treat you like a junk.
-- __mridul, 2025-12-16

### *---- "worst service, please don’t go for them unless if you wanna end up losing money and time"

Very Bad Service – Not Recommended

I gave my company WEB21CB audit filing work to Vakilsearch (Zolvit). They took the full payment, but my filing is still not completed even after a long time. Their customer support is very poor and not responsive.
I am extremely disappointed with their service. Please do not use their services.
-- WEB21CB, 2025-12-06

### *---- "Don’t use this type off service"
Nearly 1 year completed for name change application didn’t answer worst app
-- edara nagaraju, 2025-11-20

### *---- "Frauds!!!!!!"
They took my money and didn’t complete any of my PT filings and now i got a notice from PT department. So I called Vakilsearch guy and he said it’ll be taken care of within 24 hours but it’s been 15 days and no one is picking up my calls. Please do not use their services. FRAUDS
-- 3vilGoD, 2025-11-17

### *---- "Worst service"
They are delaying the service for a year and i still contacting them to resolve my issue but they are not responding what you expect. Simply they will send an automated message and keeps on delaying the issue even you escalate it multiple times. In terms of payment they will collect during the beginning of the process and says everything goes in a right way and after that you won’t hear anything from them. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone even to my enemies. Really i wouldn’t like to give a single star to these guys
-- Dhinesh kumar_, 2025-10-30

### *---- "Worst service"
Worst company worst support. There is zero service.
-- VNR23, 2025-09-03

### ***** "Highly recommended"
I applied for GST and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Syed Abrar Z was very supportive and guided me throughout the application process. He was always available to help and explained everything clearly. Really appreciate his professional and helpful approach. Highly recommended
-- Hirak b nath, 2025-08-27

### *---- "3rd class complany"
Will not use in future
-- Ekansh Jangra, 2025-07-17
