In 4 Languages: Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese!!
APP to create automatically Meals in ZONE according to the Barry Sears guidelines.
Use the APP to calculate your Fatty Free Mass, your Fat Mass and, of course, the Number of your Daily Blocks (watch the video http://www.dietazonafacile.it/calcolaBlocchi.php?lang=en)!
Choose the foods and set the numbers of blocks: the weight for each food is automatically set from the App (watch the video http://www.dietazonafacile.it/creaPasto.php?lang=en)!
Go in the Sharing Meals section where you can download thousands of Meals in ZONE (watch the video http://www.dietazonafacile.it/pastiCondivisi.php?lang=en)!
Make your Food Record to keep under control all your meals and the numbers of your daily blocks (watch the video http://www.dietazonafacile.it/diarioAlimentare.php?lang=en).
Use the Scan Barcode feature to add a new Food!

Support veloce, ottima app!
La App è fatta bene, intuitiva e semplice da usare. Facilita molto la preparazione dei pasti in zona e permette di calcolare bene i blocchi. Grazie alla app ho potuto adattare ai principi della zona molte ricette e mi trovo molto bene! Grazie anche per il support velocissimo e la risoluzione del bug.

App molto utile per stare in zona facilmente. Sarebbe bello se fossero implementate anche alcune semplici funzionalità per renderne ancora migliore l’uso

Ti consente di creare pasti a zona con tutto quello che hai in mente, sono presenti pasti già pronti, creati da altri e se hai lo sfizio di un prodotto mai provato basta usare lo scanner e inserirlo nella tabella degli alimenti… facile e utile per chi ama la zona

Ho scaricato l’app dopo innumerevoli utilizzi di altre. Questa è sicuramente la più veloce e intuitiva. L’unica, al momento, che ti permette di inserire gli alimenti e zonarli in automatico. Chi fa questo tipo di alimentazione sa perfettamente che l’unico scotto di questa dieta è stare a creare i pasti equilibrati. Con questa app si semplifica nettamente il ‘lavoro’. Complimenti!

App molto utile, facile da usare. Mi semplifica le cose soprattutto quando mangio fuori, ma anche a casa ovviamente. E mi aiuta a non uscire dalla zona. La consiglio assolutamente!
