Canceling Free trial is hard

Give the user the option to cancel their free trial within the app

Great Protection

I am very happy to have it protecting my information and my phone, blocking the pages that can be suspicious or a threat.

Lost potential

Good on paper, fails in execution: layout issues, for example QR link scanner screen is half page cropped from top and you only see the bottom if the page. No quick actions on home icon either, which makes launching the link scanning functionality a pain.

i was charged for renewal, can’t log in

basically, I renewed automatically through the app store and ZoneAlarm says that I don’t have a subscription and I can’t login because I don’t have an activation code. No problem taking my money, but refuse to provide the service. I want my $24.99 back.

Unscrupulous company - trial offer is a scam

I signed up for a 7-day free trial and was immediately charged for a 1 yr subscription. I then attempted to cancel only to be informed that the cancellation will occur 1 year from now. Zone Alarm support was unhelpful and dismissed me saying that only Apple can help me. Now I must dispute the charge via my cc company. Please avoid any app from this highly unethical company.

VPN

ZONEALARM EXTREME SECURITY only supports a commercial VPN solution & not even the built in Windows 11 VPN

Best security

Really easy install. Solid security vendor. Best on the market.

Works ok, but does not really act as a firewall on phone.

It’s ok but i can’t say that I see it doing much in background or actually blocking connections or something identifying data sent from/to phone

App issue

Every time I try and open the app I get a renew now. I was already subscribed month to month. So I cancelled my subscription through ITunes and hit renew now. When I did that I got you already have an active plan. I can’t seem to get the app to open. I contacted the app developer who told me to contact ITunes, iTunes said to contact the app developer. As of now my monthly subscription is cancelled until this is fixed.
