Ik krijg geen meldingen van wijzigingen, ook niet met meldingen aan. Ook in de app wat problemen om instellingen aan te passen. Al regelmatig opnieuw moeten installeren.

Timmerman geboekt via zoofy. Afspraak word steeds opgeschoven. Uiteindelijk zou hij de volgende dag langskomen. Via whatsapp contact of ik maar even 2 reisuren wil betalen want hij komt van ver. Dit mag niet volgens de voorwaarden van zoofy. Ik meld hem dit en krijg als reactie dan annuleer je maar. Gedaan en vervolgens eens gekeken wie deze man is. En wat blijkt een cv monteur. Werkelijk? Voor een timmerklus. Klacht ingediend bij zoofy en daarna dodelijke stilheid. Eens maar nooit weer. 
Mijn advies maak hier geen gebruik van. Het kost je alleen maar geld en frustraties.

Kansloze service. Extra garantie afgenomen en probleem is niet opgelost. Zoofy reageert megatraag. Binnen 2 werkdagen lukt meestal niet en telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Begin er niet aan!

It's a horrible company that insert itself between you and the professional promising to mediate in case things go wrong. It would be nice if this was something they do, unfortunately they only collect money and do not do their job. NEVER rely on the services provided by Zoofy.nl
I ordered a radiator replacement and opted for the warranty package. However, during the installation, the plumber damaged the pipe beneath the concrete floor leading to the radiator, causing a leak. Subsequently, my downstairs neighbors informed me of water dripping from their ceiling. In response, I had to disable the heating and drain the system.

I promptly contacted Zoofy.nl and the supposed "professional" to report the issue. However, the plumber never responded, and Zoofy.nl only replied, assuring me they would send him back to fix the problem. A week has passed since then, with continuous promises but no action taken. Upon reviewing the terms and conditions of their warranty, I discovered that I am required to allow their specialist to address the issue within 30 days of the initial job. This means I still have to wait for 23 more days for someone to come and fix the leak, or else the WARRANTY BECOMES VOID, and they are no longer obligated to cover any expenses. This situation is particularly frustrating as my apartment has been without heating and hot water for a week, amidst winter.
I am pretty sure they are waiting for me to give up and hire somebody else to complete the job. 

Furthermore, Zoofy.nl's warranty does not extend to covering the damage caused to the downstairs apartment by the water leak. I am left with no choice but to sue the professional directly. The communication with Zoofy.nl has been abysmal, displaying zero urgency; I am left waiting for their empty promises for up to 72 hours.

The initially quoted cost for the job was 275 euros, but I ended up paying an additional 75 euros for a part that should have cost a maximum of 20 euros. Apparently, Zoofy.nl charges an extra 15% for any materials used in the job, a detail hidden in the fine print on their website. I requested my money back for a bodged job but have not been refunded anything yet.
