If you ordered on a multi buy deal and the item is out of stock you lose the discount and get charged more which is annoying. Customer services never reply to messages through the app only respond if you send an email. The concept is good, but the execution is poor. Note the mark-up compared to Ocado prices for the same items. But since mid 2023 to present the delivery service has been consistently horrendously poor with things like expensive broken free range eggs to mouldy expensive toilet tissues to half my items missing consistently and having to annoyingly contact and chase up customer service every damn time. It’s just a shame because they actually do have a range of good products. It’s just that the DELIVERY that absolutely ruins it. After a lot back and forth with customer service, they kept telling me they will sort that local warehouse out and investigate why this keeps happening to me and that to give them another chance as it won’t happen again. So after a long time I gave them another chance, but it happened again!!! And once again I had to make a complaint to them. They didn’t even address the warehouse delivery problem this time. They just gave me a refund and left it at that.
