Sehr gute Software für Videocalls
Ich habe lange überlegt welche Software für meine Videocalls eingesetzt werden soll, es gibt ja auch günstigere oder kostenfreie Möglichkeiten. Ich habe mich für Zoom entschieden weil das einfách ein professioneller Auftritt ist und ich meine Kunden sehr schnell und einfach zu einem Videocall einladen kann, auch wenn diese kein Zoom verwenden. Der einzige Nachteil der App, es fehlen ein paar Funktionen die es über den Browser gibt. Ich hoffe, dass Zoom das in den kommenden Updates berücksichtigen wird

während korona haben wir zoom benutzt mit sehr schönem erfolg. leider tauch seither immer wieder die einladung zum zoom auf und das lässt sich leider nicht löschen. es stört sehr.

Die Anmeldung hat nicht funktioniert, erst nach mehrfachen Versuchen ❗️
Eigenartig
Zoom benütze ich seit mehreren Jahren. Funktionierte für mich lange in ausreichend einfacher Selbstverständlichkeit und so, wie das landläufig als „intuitiv“ schlüssig bezeichnet wird. Lief stabil und keine Qualitätsabstriche. Alles Mega gut sogar. Seit kurzem finde ich das allerdings nicht mehr so vor, und die Einwahl gelingt bereits oft nicht mal: daher mindestens 1 Sternchen Abzug, denn meine Bedienungsfähigkeiten haben sich eher verbessert, während die Einwahloptionen im Interface meines Handys derart begrenzt eingespielt werden, dass von Bedienungsfreundlichkeit aus meiner Warte nicht mehr die Rede sein kann. Hoffe, das ist behebbar, denn ich bin auf Zoom immer mal wieder angewiesen und zahlende langjährige Kundin.

Nach den updates ist es nicht mehr möglich an Livemeetings über die App teilzunehmen.
Man kommt erst gar nicht in die Zoom-App sondern wird über einen Browser in US in eine instabile Verbindung gebracht,die mach 2Min immer wieder abbricht
Kann nicht sehen, wer in welchem Raum ist
Warum kann ich auf dem iPad nicht sehen, welche Kollegen in welchem Breakout-Room sind?

So gut die Software ist, so schlecht ist der Support
Alles lief gut bis die Aboverlängerung anstand. Es wurde von Zoom falsch verlängert und seither maile ich hin und her, bekomme nur Allgemeinplätze und schöne Worte als Antwort und Zoom ist nicht in der Lage, das Abo und die Rechnung zu korrigieren. Ein simpler Businessvorgang wird langsam zum Drame. Unglaublich. Vielleicht hilft ja nun dieses Feedback. Mal sehen.
