## ZoomZoom Description
Discover Zoom Zoom, an incredibly efficient transportation app that offers private cars with highly qualified drivers, who guarantee a secure journey with a superior quality of service. With just a few minutes’ wait, you’ll have a car and driver ready to take you wherever you wish to go.

So how does Zoom Zoom work?

1.	Start by ordering or reserving your journey. All you need to do is open the app and let us know your current location and your desired destination. Choose from our various vehicle types – ZoomGo, ZoomSUV, ZoomLuxury, and more – and explore the options available in your city!

2.	Then, simply confirm your journey and your driver will be on their way. We will provide you with your driver's name and your vehicle's information, such as its license plate and the distance of arrival.

3.	We will also inform you of the estimated price of the ride before you travel , which you can pay with credit or debit cards, cash, or any other payment method that you find suitable.

4.	Moreover, you can also share the details of your journey with family or friends so that they can track your whereabouts for additional safety.

In the Zoom Zoom app, you have the opportunity to personalize your journey. Select your preferred music, take advantage of the opportunity for female drivers to specify a preference to accept trip requests only from female passengers, or decide how many seats are necessary for an enjoyable trip.

Where is Zoom Zoom available?

Zoom Zoom is offered in more than 25 cities across the United States and Canada. You can check out the full list of cities where the app operates on zoom.cab.

## ZoomZoom Reviews in Canada

### *---- "App Keeps showing me a booking that does not exist"
I can’t use the app because an error pops up as soon as I open it. It freezes on a booking that doesn’t exist and refuses to let me access it. Have use the ride service itself and it’s not bad but the app is horrendous.
-- WeloveTRACKZ, 2024-11-28

### ***** "5 star service"
Needed a ride to Buffalo airport last minute and they were so reliable!
-- Tuma138, 2024-11-17

### *---- "This service is not worth it"
I used the service and had a very bad experience. I was initially quoted $11.50 for the ride and was charged $14.00. I could have used a cheaper service. I paid for the service in cash and the driver tells me he has no change. So he literally got a $6.00 tip. When I emailed to complain about the situation I received a phone call saying that I could have e transferred the money but they were sorry. Then I also received an email stating the driver would be e transferring my money back. I sent them the email to transfer the funds and I never received it.
I will never use this service again as they don’t take complaints seriously and they think it is okay to tell people that they should just e transfer. A customer is paying for a service and should be able to pay anyway they choose.
Never again will I use this service.
-- Deceitful people, 2024-09-04

### *---- "App glitches"
I can never use the app. For over a year now I’m stuck on the rate your ride page.
-- Honey2261890, 2024-04-20

### *---- "Scamming wasted time and money"
I book the trip and when the driver reaches me the trip cancelled and he asked me to rebook it again and the I can contact the customer service and there is no customers service on the app I got late and I paid double for one trip even though it was my First time in the app it’s so bad
-- Hamdyei, 2023-08-08

### *---- "Worst company app and worst company"
They overcharged me twice they scammed me.
-- jajoajzz, 2023-06-30

### ***** "Great service!"
Reasonable rates and it’s local. Friendly, professional and helpful.
-- parisrunner, 2022-11-28

### *---- "Can’t schedule trips — Bangalore Technologies"
The app is stuck on a review page for a trip I never took. When I click on the receipt it reads, “3Embed Software Technologies Pvt. Lmt. Bangalore” in each field.

I will try calling AJ to schedule a pickup.
-- Chalyse, 2022-06-29

### *---- ":("
I don’t know why but it doesn’t let me create the account, it appears me that the code that they just sent me is expired :(
-- MarianneAP, 2022-04-02

### ***** "Amazing service"
