Zoook Smart

The plug worked well for around 6 months and then conked off. No short-circuit or power surge. Just gave up. Amazon doesn’t have their customer service number, and the seller won’t replace it either. Altogether, a waste of 2500/-. It is being sold cheaper now but it’s still not worth it.

Zoook smart is really a smart app it’s very easy to use and the zoook wifi bulb is far better than ordinary led bulb you can get different lighting modes in just a single bulb so why choose an ordinary led bulb I would definitely recommend zoook smart.

Not working please fix problem and make mew update in software

The IOS app is using the Email authentication. But in order to connect with Amazon Alexa it’s asking for the account with the Phone authentication. Please update the app to make the app works for it.

App needs update but no update is available from long time. Need update to use app properly.
