I will rate this service are negative. We had ordered food last week for my travel to Ahmedabad. However didn’t receive the order at Nadiad station. I tried reaching the restaurant and support team. With no response i experience worst management by your team. I guess your team thinks we have lot of money to fund you guys even without service. I wish you fix this problem and not fund your business with this behavior. I will not recommend any one to use this app. Worst of worst experience

So my 57 year old dad was travelling from ers to nzm. So I ordered him food through zoop and payment was online when train reached Vijaywada station the delivery was suppose to be done but instead at 2.18 pm I received msg order is being prepared and will be delivered by 2:15 pm . I tried to contact support instead they will put your call on waiting then disconnect, I called atleast 13 times every time same response you call waiting is on 6th number our executive will answer soon. 
So I have decided to raise. Complaint through consumer forum.
