## Zouk Reviews in India

### *---- "Not customer friendly"
I purchased 2 bags and got them yesterday and today contacted support requesting exchange as design was not good so requested exchange but they simply denied. Definitely not going for another order Amazon is really good marketplace.
-- दिल जला, 2026-11-01

### *---- "Worst delivery experience ever!"
I ordered a bag from Zouk, and it was marked “Out for Delivery” on 02-Sep-2026. Till now, I have not received my order. Every single day, I keep getting messages saying “Delivery reattempt failed,” but not even once have I received a call from the delivery person. I have no idea whether anyone is actually attempting to deliver my order.

When I contacted customer support, they said the shipment has still not happened and that they have escalated the issue to their logistics team. Then why are you sending daily out-for-delivery updates? Are you misleading customers with false delivery notifications? This is completely unacceptable and feels like cheating the customer.

Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps sending the same generic apology and asking me to wait. What kind of customer service is this? I never expected such a pathetic delivery experience from Zouk. I have never faced this level of frustration with other brands or shopping websites.

I am completely disappointed with Zouk and will never order from this brand again. If you cannot deliver a product on time, at least provide honest information instead of repeatedly misleading customers. I strongly recommend that customers think twice before ordering from Zouk. Extremely poor delivery service, zero transparency, and absolutely no accountability. Very disappointing experience!

Not even worth for single star!!

### *---- "Parcel Not received"
I have order more than 10 days still I not received parcel it's very bad experience this is first time I ordered. My delivery days with in 4 days but more than 10 days still not received and they did not give proper update and order cancellation process.
-- KPriya Khalas, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Poor quality of bags"
I purchased two totes from this site and the give m only canvas bags @1699 not worth the price and also there exchange policy is very poor , i’ll never purchase anything again from zuok.
-- Sarthika soni, 2026-09-03

### *---- "Worst customer service support"
You cant cancel your order and they dont ship on time
-- mahendra sarsambe, 2026-08-26

### ***** "Super cool"
Super cool hand bags for every day use
-- Mythili guru, 2026-08-18

### *---- "Worst App"
Every time you log in it logs you out automatically and it does not even shows the order status untill and unless it gets dispatched
-- Babu Patrose, 2026-08-18

### ***-- "Offer and pricing"
Preferred better offers
-- Taeraj, 2026-08-17

### *---- "App crashes"
App crashing while zooming the images
-- Dhina2406, 2026-07-14

### *---- "worst quality and delivery"
I paid extra money for fast delivery but its not useful. They havent delivered and cuatomer service is worst. Quality is not much as good. They just added print on normal cheep bags. Look luxurious but its cheeper than usual.
-- Kitkatkiran, 2026-06-08

### *---- "Worst service scam"
⚠️ STAY AWAY! I ordered on April 15th and still have absolutely nothing to show for it. Your customer service is completely useless and non-existent—no responses to calls or emails, no delivery, and no refund. It’s clear you’re just taking people’s money and ghosting them. Truly pathetic business practices. 🚫📉 #FraudAlert #WorstExperience #StopTheScam
-- Prajwal28, 2026-05-03

### **--- "App and service are not good"
App is not good and their services are also not good they take too much time to deliver orders
-- LPMPG, 2026-03-10

### *---- "Worst serive"
I have ordered the product and it was clearly mentioned that it will take 10 to 12 days to delivered and I planned for birthday gift and ordered but it was not delivered within the timeline and then worst Serivce of delivery tracking and worst Serivce of customer care that only email can be send because others ways will not work because this company don’t care of customer. Product may be good but Serivce ZERO. I recommend not to order any product thinking they will deliver within the timeline.
-- Pandian184, 2026-02-23
