### ****- "Probably the best home workout app on the App Store"
Clear and easy to follow instructions (even for a klutz like me), and useful Watch interaction. I had some technical issues at first but they were solved by an iOS and WatchOS upgrade, and everything seems to work fine now.

Requires a subscription to use at all, and I would have preferred if that was more clearly advertised. Also a bit pricey for what it offers and would presumably cost to produce; I can get a gym subscription including classes with an instructor for roughly twice the subscription fee, and publishing a video has virtually 0 marginal cost in comparison.

Still, I have tried most apps in the App Store and this one is the best I have found so far.

Det är en bra app och det är roligt när man ökar i siffra. Däremot är det trkigt att det kostar så mycket att ta del av några träningsprogram. Inte värt pengarna, IMO, när man kan hitta gratis kopior på internet!

Good sessions with music or your own if you want. Could have better integration with other sound devices but still overall good. 

About training it is really good and varied. Focus on 3 areas: strength, cardio and stretch. Examples shown, good exercises and quick between exercises so that you do t slow down unnesseseary.

This app is just rubbish. It is supposed to be helpful and show you the best workout, but instead it shows limited amount of workouts which are supposedly tied up to you but not. I would like to do yoga in the evening to relax - instead I am presented various options and none of it includes even a tiniest bit of relaxation. Even though I have relaxation as a setting.

Another issue is that despite connecting to the Apple TV and claimed support, in fact app doesn't sync workout progress; and Apple Watch support is only for telling you the heart rate on the TV screen, srsly?

Zova needs to improve their app a lot, just nice design and random videos and extremely irritating settings-via-chat process is not enough to make a good app.
