## Zum Description
Zūm is bringing flexible, efficient, connected and sustainable student transportation to school districts, communities and families across the United States.

We know that families are incredibly busy, so we’ve made Zūm easy for parents to track and manage their child’s school rides. With our app parents can:
- Quickly view driver and vehicle profiles.
- Track the location of vehicles and your child’s ride progression in real-time.
- Receive pickup and dropoff notifications.
- Provide specific instructions for your child’s driver.
- Leave feedback about the driver or your child’s experience on the ride.
- Easily communicate changes or cancel a ride if a child is sick or absent.

Our drivers go through a rigorous selection and vetting process, while our app provides full transparency to eliminate the chaos and anxiety of getting students to and from school everyday.

## Zum Reviews in United States

### *---- "App Not Operating"
App was not showing student and rides. Deleted app to reinstall. Now app will not proceed to initialize after installation. Only getting circling sphere.
-- KSB799, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Updates don’t work"
App is no longer showing students and rides.
-- Runmb10, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Issues"
This app was good at first, but now it’s not working. My kid’s bus information does not pop up and I can’t see where the bus is or when it will be arriving. I’m so sick of these issues with every bus tracking app, it’s ridiculous
-- grilvcjkv, 2024-10-28

### **--- "App not loading"
I’ve been having issues along with quite a few parents getting the app to load. All you see is the main page and nothing else. I reached out and no real help was provided please help so I can track my kids buses
-- MamaT1489, 2024-10-25

### *---- "Zum app flawed"
I would like to request that the software developer of the ZUM app make it more resilient to bus driver failure (to mark my son as a passenger) by allowing me to see the bus arrival time regardless of my son's riding status.
My son is in fact on the bus, but the app says that he is not and therefore gives no arrival time for the bus.
My son takes the bus home from school and the bus is always 1-2 hours late. He is always marked as not on the bus on the ZUM app. The ZUM app does not show the ride information when he is marked as not on the bus. I am unable to plan when the bus will arrive because the ZUM app does not tell me when the bus will arrive.

### **--- "Good app but terrible notifications"
Ride pick up for my autistic son vary a lot. As the first pick up it already takes him over an hour to get to school, but recently there have been 10-15 min changes to the schedule with like 10-15 min advanced notice.

### *---- "Not a good compony"
I recently started working at zūm and this is my recent experience. I had applied for bus driver. They canceled my training 3 times then gave me no reason why it was canceled then had gave me a application as bus attendant that was $10 less then the position I wanted. I obviously was not happy but took it anyway to get my foot in the door. In my interview with a man, he had told me I would be able to get my CPR training. I was later told this was false and I would not be getting CPR training and that it was not needed since it wasn’t mandatory. During my training I was also told I would get 6 hrs during my training as they guarantee their employee 6 hrs a day. This was also false. Then when I had completed my training for special education and wanted my printable certificate just to be able to add to my portfolio for experience they denied me then and told me it wasn’t needed for me to have a certificate. If this company is this much lack caring for their employees what to say how they think or care about your kids. The fact they didn’t want to give me CPR for the safety of your children also shows they are unreliable. I had also left a review on them on indeed and it was rejected. I’m here to stand and not let them get away with their behavior.

the app was doing great til this morning then it started to glitch really bad to the point it never sent me a notification that bus picked up my daughter or dropped her off at school. we watched it glitch back & forth even tho my daughter got on school bus not that long ago we depend on the app to track her bus & when to be at her bus stop on time. please fix the glitching

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Terrible app that never works. Hope our school system isn’t paying for it.
