## Zurich Loving Life Reviews in Australia

### **--- "Annoying auto logout"
App is easy to use etc. but the provider logs you out after a set number of days (always at the most inconvenient time … as you’re about to look for a deal). It makes the app less appealing and I eventually give up on it.
-- sonarb, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Not everyone lives on Sydney"
Complete ignores the location you add in and ‘my location’ in the map takes you to Sydney regardless of where you are…I’m about as far away from Sydney as you can get
-- cjg72, 2024-06-08

### *---- "App Not opening"
Updated, not opening.
-- ranjanx2, 2022-12-15

### *---- "Rubbish"
Rubbish
-- yhthtggrggthhttrtgtbhjyy, 2022-11-17

### *---- "Worst app"
This used to be good and we loved having the Zurich/entertainment book. However this update is a disaster. It constantly crashes, doesn’t load etc etc. the search area is always off directing me to somewhere 700 kms away? I’m Sydney or nsw.
Such a shame as have been a long time user but just can’t use the anymore. Go back to the old one please.
-- Ozwoz2, 2022-11-02

### **--- "Location Services"
Traveller with Perth registered as my home location. While currently in Brisbane the change of location option is not opening options for anything other than Event Cinemas.
-- FootballOz, 2022-08-22

### *---- "Appalling"
Can’t log in and no response from site for a month. Zurich should be embarrassed
-- ac991, 2022-08-14

### *---- "App only works over wifi"
Unlike the old app that actually worked over mobile data, the current app only works on wifi (even though I have explicitly allowed the app to use mobile data in the iOS settings). Makes it very difficult to use the offers. Please fix asap!!!
-- zeuradin, 2022-08-08

### *---- "Useless"
I can’t log in to the new app. Have emailed but the response was not helpful. All the while I’m not able to take advantage of the vouchers. Very frustrating.
-- Lilbirdy123, 2022-07-15

### *---- "Nightmare of an app"
The worst app I have come across. Keeps coming up with errors and then says I don’t have internet connection (when I do and all other apps on my phone work). I have never had a response from the “support” team email ever. You should get a refund from whoever designed this app for you.
