Zwift Reviews

Not cost effective

Grumpy Bracken on

Australia

Im not into the game side of it I only ride when the weather stops me riding outdoors ( I’m in Australia so winter no snow or spear. The last price rise has put it into the luxury category and as a casual user it I won’t be renewing

So expensive

Nice_James on

Australia

Wow $29.99 a month ! That’s crazy expensive for what it is. They should include the Bike !!

Painfully slow to use

Jason’s Tim Tams on

Australia

Loading takes about 3 years these days, even on a dedicated machine running nothing else. Makes it almost unusable most of the time and I actually dread opening it.

Ain’t that the truth

Chill207 on

Australia

This app was awesome for start with and keeps getting better. The climbing profile is great. Keep I coming. You dudes rock!

Training from training peaks do not sync

Mari Gomes on

Australia

Training peaks trainings are getting synchronised

Not working after September 2024 update

JanUlrichTags on

Australia

App fails to work correctly. Freezes on blue world loading screen. Have carried out all the standard troubleshooting methods. My recently purchased Zwift Ride is effectively a useless paperweight

Russian sympathisers

Domain12321 on

Australia

Users should be aware that they will ride with avatars carrying Russian flags on the screen - Zwift chose not to neutralise them unlike the Olympics. Unlike a lot of companies who chose to not support the genocide against Ukraine, Zwift makes it clear they not only want Russian money but is prepared to proudly display the Russian flag against riders.

Expensive

Mohemus101 on

Australia

$30 per month and only 14 days trial once they have all your details. This is really expensive!

Terrible new update

targeted on

Australia

Usually 5/5 - I am rating a broken update France needs fixing. Stuttering +++ in crowded areas. Drained 10% of my battery in a few minutes, which makes it unusable. No reason for this to happen as the graphics remain the same. Never had this issue until updating. This is on an iPad Pro M1 so not on some old rubbish hardware either

Ride Anytime

Tenere 2011 on

Australia

I started riding on this platform a few years ago and am addicted as it gives you the choice to ride anytime and irrespective of the weather conditions. Personally I have always been a little competitive, so you have the option to ride with groups and push harder than perhaps on your own and if you really want to go hard you have race events 👌
