Speed sensor not working
Xoss G vortex does not work with thia app. Its connected but its not sensing at all. Im using manual bike trainer.
RunPod AlaTech
Im able to connect AlaTech Runpod to Zwift however, my conncetion is frequently dropping. Hope your can officially add this as partner device. Another thing that I would like to suggest is the run feature. Please make it like Flexible like the cycling sport you have wherein we can analyze our pace zone etc.
Payment is a pain
The function of the app itself is great. But I’ve already signed up for a subscription yet my account still registers as on trial. The help button is useless and has no info on these kinds of bugs. It’s frustrating to not be able to use the app just because of payment bugs.
Indoor riding rules!
Zwift really helped me build strength and endurance. Tons of activities to choose from solo badge-hunting, to group rides, to organized races and structured workouts. Zwift offers a structured alternative to cycling. Outside climbs are better and i feel stronger in my ride out.

No longer receiving power ups and route completion prompts. Please check the version.
App closes while launching.
Great App. Just hard to launch app keeps on crashing. Just have to relaunch it several times.

Connectivity issues
I been using Zwift runners on my treadmill for a few years, have been very pleased but recently have had issues 10 mins into my run where the connectivity drops, the runner stops. The last three recent updates seems is where the issues started, before I never had these problems. I have reached out to customer support three times and no one has returned my emails. That being said, I decided the only way to get their attention is by writing this review to alert others of the issue if you considering this app. I have also have done the whole process of elimination, trying to figure out the issues knowing it isn’t on my end. Please fix the problem, cause it totally messes with my workout.
