Zwift: Indoor Cycling Fitness

I do not care about 10 different worlds, I just want group rides, virtual training plans and then a tour de zwift once or twice a year. During the last years they have added a lot of world, new routes that are essentially all the same because you don’t look at the view when you ride, you just want something decent thats moves along when you ride and have an appropriate length depending on how long your ride will be. I would rather that the dev team spend time to improve the UI when doing a trining plan, or make the hill chart better, remove the clutter when people are chatting and or making it easier to spot your favorite friends along the road when biking or start a common training session together. I have never, since I started using zwift 6 years ago, paused the membership during summer. I have just done that and will look for something else this autumn. Not sure when i’ll be back.

Not sure if it is worth it. What could justify this increase

I have been using Zwift for the last couple of years and it does not get better. Sure the world expand, but basic things like Bluetooth stability to trainers (Tacx Neo in my case) do not get better. There are glitches and sometimes you need to restart the application. The display of current workout, like upcoming interval (cadence? and power) is really bad, the slope map? How do you read that with all markers all over the place. Please look at you competitors how they do it, much better view of the training session and upcoming ascents/descents.. Of course there are some good parts, the training plans are good, but unfortunately not how to choose or the execution of the plan. Update: Once more Bluetooth trouble, dropping connection under training, going into menu and then everything is ok, back to biking and after a couple seconds BLE drops out. Needed to restart Zwift to get it working again.

Trying to reach a human to help with a very simple problem is very hard. Om becoming increasingly frustration.

The app is mostley superb but today it was f-ed up lot of lagging in the menu’s erg mode didn’t work it wouldn’t connect as a controllable hardware it didnt find controllable only the trainer and cadence

It’s worthless, can only use in one orientation but it’s not constructed for that

The virtual worlds are a bit boring
