This app is pretty much useless. The most important thing’s are not in there. Parameter control over the phone because that tiny screen is a big headache when need to change settings. The saved scenes - you can’t delete it or edit it …. Why??? And in general I need all these options to be available only because Crane 4 is not so good and it performs not in the best way from my experience. Trying at least to adjust somehow I realised that the app is super limited in options and there is no way I can use it to improve my work flow with this gimbal. Actually quite disappointed about this product in general. Why not to give us full control so we can get things done in the way we need it? I need full control of gimbal settings and parameters over the phone at least as the touch screen is horrible and it doesn’t improve my workflow.

I’m using the ZY Play app with a Crane M3 paired to an iPhone 13 Pro max. The Crane M3 gimbal is very nice and works well until you pair it to the app. As soon as the app launches the gimbal starts to slowly roll to one side. If you try to correct this, it rolls to the other side. This doesn’t happen if the app is not connected. This makes the app utterly pointless.

### **--- "Object tracking has some big flaws"
Object tracking stops working if the object turns around or steps off the frame. This is particularly problematic when tracking people’s faces, where people will turn their back some times. The solution here is to keep memory of the object chosen, rather than just look at the vector of movement. Another problem is that it does not work in selfie mode, the gimbals gets confused and mixes up with down. This mode is particularly useful for one man show when doing a stream. 
Another UX detail would be to simplify the object selection with a simple tap, rather than a drag selection. 
Another UX point is to hide the hardware selection after it has been selected. This is a one time setup for most users, so need to keep showing it in the main screen.

I simply cannot connect my Crane-M2 to my iPhone 12 Pro Max! If only I’d thought to check the reviews before purchase! Also balancing it is nigh on impossible! I would NOT recommend this gimbal at all nor the app! Both as much use an ashtray on a motorbike! I’ll be returning it for a full refund.

Whether the issue lies with Fuji or Zhiyun, I don’t know. However, I spent £100 on the image transmitter and half of the settings advertised don’t appear accessible for my camera - not even the record or iso functions which it says are useable on their website. This may be a user error on my part but with the lack of support or functionality available it’s no wonder I can’t make head or tail of it! The device itself is working great, as advertised, but the app is a major let down which unfortunately is an essential component.

One of the main selling points of buying the weebill S and the hdmi transmission module... Was to be able to use this with Facebook and rtmp... with the ZY play app... At the moment there’s no livestream..  and the horizon wobbles... I hope they fix this soon... additional fault !!!the play app now inconveniently zooms along with focus motor adjustments for a Sony A7iii play app version 2.8.16 weebill S fw version 2.03 complained weeks ago still no fix so I’m here to warn others...

Using this app with Zhiyun crane3s and Transmount system. I’ve been using this for 3 months. Connecting is painful and non intuitive. The whole app is poorly designed and klunky. When using this it’s supposed to wow people on your set but instead you end up looking like an amateur because the app always crashes or doesn’t connect or something stupid. Half of it seems to be in Chinese and feels as if it was made by a man in his house and not a serious company. They have also bundled some weird social networking into the app which is just weird. After spending so much money on my Crane3s system you can clearly see this app was an afterthought, it’s is rushed, not much thought to user experience and makes the whole system seem very cheap which it’s not. This app is a big disappointment and what Zhiyun should do is open source the Crane3s API so that someone else can make a better app as Zhiyun are not capable.
